Forgot your password or You did not receive an email with your login details after signing up? follow the steps
- To access your account if you have forgotten your access code and/or password. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' link on the 'Login to Talk5 Dashboard' page.
- Enter the email address used to setup the account and submit. We will be able to identify you through your unique email address registered with Talk 5.
- Once your request has been submitted, allow a couple of minutes to receive an email with instructions to reset password. Please make sure to check your spam if you can't find the email.
- Follow the instructions from the email to change your password. Enter your New Password and Re-Type the new password and Submit
I signed up to Talk 5 but I did not get my Login Details
Your login instructions are sent as soon as you sign up. Please check your Junk / Spam email. If you don't receive email with your Login Details within 15 minutes of signing up. Please contact us either at support@talk5.app , or through our Chat box or Get in Touch form on our website. We will be happy to sort it out for you.
